Service Terms

1. Payments

Window Cleaning Magic LLC (hereafter referred to as “we” or “us”) accepts checks or credit cards for payment. Work is invoiced and payable either immediately after completion of the job or by mail/digital invoice. As a small business, prompt payment is very important to us.

• Late Payment Fee: If we do not receive payment within seven (7) days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to impose a Late Payment Fee.
• Collections: If the account remains unpaid after 30 days, it will be sent to collections.

2. Contracts and Scheduling

Oral contracts are common in our industry. Once you accept an estimate—either orally or by email—your job will be scheduled.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled job. We do our best to remind clients of upcoming appointments; nevertheless, missing an appointment can significantly affect our schedule and other customers.
• Weather-Related Rescheduling: Oklahoma weather is often unpredictable. We reserve the right to reschedule any job jeopardized by rain, strong winds, or other inclement conditions.

3. Liabilities

Window Cleaning Magic LLC is fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind and protection. However, accidents can happen. In the event of unanticipated property damage or dissatisfaction with the agreed-upon work, we will do our utmost to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. We stand behind the quality of our work and always strive to maintain long-term relationships with happy, satisfied clients.

4. Bookable Services

Please note that charges for our bookable services do not include deep cleaning.

• Additional Services: If you want your windows cleaned as part of another service, there will be an extra charge. If your windows are especially dirty, we may need additional time and effort to remove extra buildup and grime.

5. Window Cleaning Services

Regular exterior cleanings are recommended to prolong the life of your windows. If your windows have not been cleaned in a long time, pre-existing scratches (often caused by a previous window cleaner or painter) may become more visible once dirt is removed. Furthermore, years of hard water buildup, pollution corrosion, or seal failure in thermal-pane windows can become apparent following an initial cleaning.

• Recommendation: We advise replacing windows that have suffered extensive damage or neglect.
• Pre-Existing Damage: We do our best to alert you to any damaged windows. Due to the high cost of replacing scratched windows, Window Cleaning Magic LLC will not accept employment from clients who do not agree to indemnify and hold harmless Window Cleaning Magic LLC.

Occasionally, delicate or older windowpanes can break during cleaning. If that occurs, we will do our best to replace or repair the glass and glazing. If a replacement pane is too large for us to handle, we will coordinate with a professional window installation company. Once their estimate is received, we will promptly address any damage.

6. Window Screens

Over time, window screens can break down due to weather or general wear and tear. We do not take responsibility for screen damage resulting from pre-existing neglect or aging.

• Screen Repair: If damage occurs to a newer screen and it is clearly our fault, we will do our best to repair it free of charge.
• Indemnification: Window Cleaning Magic LLC will not accept employment from clients who do not agree to indemnify and hold harmless Window Cleaning Magic LLC for pre-existing screen issues.
